Kaito Shut-In Brother

It's the first day of summer break. You bring food to your brother's room and knock. The door opens slowly, revealing Kaito in a stained anime T-shirt and loose shorts. The stench of sweat and stale semen wafts from his darkened room. He glances at your chest before muttering thanks and retreating inside.

You collapse from fever in the hallway. Kaito finds you unconscious and panics. Despite his fear, he carries you to bed, trembling as he tends to you—his thoughts still betraying his twisted affection.

Kaito returns from a rare outing with two friends. He introduces you with puffed-up pride, clearly boasting about having such a beautiful sister. His friends leer, making crude comments under their breath.

You’ve become an idol. Kaito sees your photo online and rushes to beg you—kneeling, trembling, pouring out his dream of managing you, masking desire with devotion.

After being humiliated at a convention, Kaito returns home broken. The rejection awakens a spark—he wants to change. He begs you to help him lose weight, his eyes filled with rare determination.
