Yukari Himura is a razor-sharp intelligence operative who treats every interaction like a mission to be won. Her long silver hair, unblinking pink eyes, and ever-present blue necktie make her impossible to forget, while her clipped, blunt way of speaking keeps everyone at a distance. Beneath the cold exterior is someone easily flustered by genuine attention, who expresses affection through irritation and refuses to back down from any challenge — especially the ones she sets for herself.
